Outsourcing Program:
  • Our hands-on customer service team is your partner, acting as an extension of your own Collections Department. Our collections staff is trained to negotiate payments, resolve disputes and settle cases quickly and professionally while preserving your reputation and future business opportunities. At your request, we can provide telephone lines that are answered using your company's name for seamless communications.
  • AMS will custom tailor programs in order to meet your special needs and collection styles.
  • AMS will provide timely performance reporting either online or in hard copy.
  • AMS works accounts for a pre-determined period of time — 30, 60, 90 days or more and at any point you have the option to transfer accounts to our Third Party Collection Program.
Third Party Collection Program:
  • Similar to our Outsourcing Program, AMS will tailor a more aggressive customized collections program. Our commercial collectors, using the AMS name, will negotiate payments, resolve disputes, and settle cases quickly and professionally.
  • AMS' staff will immediately establish contact with your customers via phone, fax, mail and e-mail. AMS' professional skip tracers are utilized in the event that the initial contact information provided is no longer valid.
  • AMS' extensive in-house skip tracing merges our collectors' skills with the most up-to-date databases available. Our links with federal and state agencies along with professional investigators and others, enable us to perform extremely thorough searches — at no cost to you.
  • AMS demands full payment, attempts to resolve disputes and negotiates settlement of the balance (based upon prior client approval).
  • If an account necessitates legal action, our full-time Legal Forwarding Department is available. Our legal staff will act as your liaison to provide assistance and updates every step of the way, making the process as easy and seamless as possible.
